We work to ensure that the new residential designs satisfy a given design intent predicted on safety and serviceability. We follow the construction process and ensure that the work is completed according to these designs and intentions.

We work with the client to ensure that the design of any altered structural system within the residence properly supports and resists all relevant loads.

Residential Additions & Alterations

Light Industrial and Commercial Facilities

For the purposes of either landscape design, reparations of landslide repair, or preventative measures for land disturbances, we design structural supports that comply with the demands of the particular location, often involving rebuilding the slope or retaining a portion of land above the slide.

Retaining Walls & Landslide Repair

We perform the foundation design of structures on difficult ground or with special design requirements. When required, we also provide foundation underpinning or other foundation improvement or stabilization works.

Foundation Design & Underpinning

We work with the architects of the stage rigging design to ensure the proper support for the chosen rigging systems, and we see to it that sufficient load capabilities are designed into facilities when applicable.
